The Mission
& District Soapbox Derby
Association was incorporated
in October of 2000 as a
non-profit association for
the historical Mission
Soapbox Derby. Our executive
and members live and work in
Mission and the surrounding
communities. We rely upon
local businesses for
corporate sponsorship,
including the District of
Mission.
Over 150
volunteers are needed to help
organize and participate in
this event. This is a
community event and without
the support of community
groups, businesses and
private citizens, this event
would not be possible.
This year the
Mission Soapbox Derby will be
held on Saturday, June 21 2008. We encourage everyone to come to Mission to watch the races and participate in other fun events. Details to come.

The
registration cost is $25.00
for participants ages 9
through 14 years.
Corporate
sponsors and volunteers
are needed!

You want to race, but your dad didn't built you a car? No problem!
Register on race day, June 21th before 8 am and we'll team you up with one of our complementary race cars!
Just bring a helmet and goggles and you're off!
